Marketing for medical practices

Most practices do not need more marketing. They need the right cut.

Referral one-pagers, LinkedIn, patient collateral and the templates your front desk can actually use. We look at what you have, tell you what is worth fixing, and make only that.

Written for healthcare

Print and digital supplied

Templates your team can use

No long contracts

01  ·  what we make

Six things, and we will talk you out of the ones you do not need

A practice that hands a referring physician a clear sheet beats one running advertisements at strangers. We would rather sell you the sheet.

01

Referral one-pagers

The single sheet a specialist leaves behind at a referring practice. What you treat, who to send you, how to reach you and what happens after the referral. Written to be read in the twenty seconds it gets, printed properly and supplied as a PDF your team can email the same afternoon.

Ask about this

What it buys you

Something to leave behind

02

LinkedIn, for the practice and the people in it

The practice page and the profiles of the clinicians in it, which is where a referring physician actually looks you up. Written, designed and set up, with a posting rhythm your team can hold without hiring anyone to hold it.

Ask about this

What it buys you

Being found when checked

03

Patient-facing collateral

Intake and consent sheets, pre-op and post-op instructions, service menus, pricing sheets, waiting room and signage. The documents patients actually read, written so they are understood the first time and your front desk answers the same question less often.

Ask about this

What it buys you

Fewer repeat questions

04

Brand and templates your team can use

Identity, palette, type and the templates behind them: letterhead, slides, social frames, appointment cards. Built so the front desk can fill one in on a Tuesday without calling an agency and without the brand quietly falling apart.

Ask about this

What it buys you

Consistency without a gatekeeper

05

Condition videos and content

A short video for one condition or one procedure, answering it the way a patient asks it: what this is, what the treatment involves, what the week after looks like. Generated rather than filmed, so an explainer for something like genicular artery embolisation costs a brief and your review instead of a shoot day and a crew. They sit beside the condition page on your site, play in the waiting room, and give social something worth posting on the days it earns its place.

Ask about this

What it buys you

An explainer per condition

06

Websites, built by engineers

We write the site, plan the pages and art-direct the design. The group's engineering arm builds it, because a site that touches booking or intake is software rather than a brochure. You get writers who know healthcare and engineers who know what happens when a form fails at two in the morning.

Ask about this

What it buys you

Engineers, not a template

What each one includes

02  ·  who it is for

Referral driven, or patient chosen

The single question that decides your whole collateral set. Specialists are chosen by other physicians. Dentists and med spas are chosen by patients. Almost nothing about the two should look the same.

If your patients are referred to you, your audience is perhaps forty physicians and their schedulers. They need to know what you treat, who to send, and that the referral will be handled. That is a one-pager, a LinkedIn profile and a letter, not a campaign.

If your patients choose you, your audience is thousands of people comparing you to three others on a phone. They need photographs, prices, reviews and a site that loads. That is a different job with a different budget.

Most agencies sell the second to practices that needed the first, because the second bills monthly.

  • We ask where your last twenty patients came from before we propose anything
  • Referral work is priced per project, not as a monthly retainer
  • We will tell you when your existing material is good enough
  • No claims we cannot evidence, on your material or on this site
  • Everything is written for healthcare, by people who read the regulations

03  ·  how it works

Consult, diagnose, operate, follow up

The consultation costs nothing and the diagnosis is written down. You can stop after either one and keep what we gave you.

01

Consultation

A call, no charge. What you hand people now, what you wish you could, and who you are actually trying to reach. We look at what exists before suggesting anything, because most practices have more usable material than they think.

02

Diagnosis

A written assessment. What is working, what is not, and the two or three things worth fixing first. Written down and sent to you, including the parts where our honest answer is that you do not need us for it.

03

Procedure

The work, in agreed stages. We write, design and produce. You see it at draft, not only at the end, and changes are part of the process rather than an argument about scope.

04

Follow-up

Thirty days later. Did the one-pager get handed out. Did the referrals move. Did the front desk actually use the template. If something is not working we fix it, and if it cannot work we say so.

How it works, in full

04  ·  the group

We stay in our lane, and the lane is narrow.

The Marketing Surgeon is a Seen Group brand. What that buys you is not a longer service list. It is that when a job needs engineers rather than a writer and a designer, it goes to the group’s engineering arm instead of being attempted badly here.

Websites are the usual case: we write them, plan them and art-direct them, and they get built next door. One group, one set of standards, and nobody quietly subcontracting you to a stranger.

Book the consult. It costs nothing and it is not a pitch.

Bring whatever you hand people now, even if it is a Word document from 2019. We will tell you what is worth keeping, what is worth fixing, and what you do not need at all.

Book a consult

Tell us what you hand a referring practice today, or what you wish you could hand them. That is usually enough to start.

We use what you send here only to answer you. Nothing is shared with a third party. Please do not send patient information through this form.
